Our wine – Cinq 2019
This Bordeaux-style blend makes a bold statement, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot contributing to its powerful structure and expressive fruit composition. The classic oak character is seamlessly integrated with layers of ripe dark fruits, while fresh berry acidity from the Cabernet Franc brings vibrance and purity to the blend. The polished tannins—firm yet refined—are in perfect harmony with the wine’s rich fruit, leaving a lingering sensation of elegance and satisfaction with every sip.
Van Biljon Cinq has earned its place among the finest wines, gracing the tables of prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in Belgium, England, and Scotland. With a reputation for excellence, this distinguished wine has also been selected for three consecutive years to be served in the Royal Box at the prestigious OUT-SOURCING! INC Royal Windsor Cup Final luncheon, held at the Guards Polo Club.
